Worst floral / plant company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered four plants from them for over $500 (small pothos). They called me the day before and told me they didn’t have…I said fine please send something similar that are all the same. I expressed with was for a high profile event and they needed to be there in the delivery window of 9am-3pm that I selected (days in advance) and sure enough at 3:30 nothing arrived. I called and they asked if they could deliver the following day. I mentioned again, that this is for an event. They told me no worries the driver will leave their shop now (??? Why hadn’t he left earlier) and they will be there late, but at 4:30. It’s now 5:30 and no plants have arrived. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes. Staff is unprofessional and the service is even more terrible, not to mention a huge waste of money for something so simple. Do NOT ever order from them.
